No – you can use free blogs such as WordPress or Blogger.

There is no require website for selling product or service.when you join in clickbank you can select a any or you like to sell then you get an affiliate link.advertising this affiliate link at google adsence or other pay per click companies. if you don’t want investment then there is free to post your link in forums(it is your product related) or blogs and others.
You can also promote your product or service via blog(which is free) like blogger.com , wordpress.com.
